Partnerships
The State Plan required for the State Personnel Development Grant application must describe "a partnership agreement that is in effect for the period of the grant. We provide tips for creating workable partnerships, and a few state examples.

Strategies
The State Plan must describe the strategies the state plans to use, and how the strategies and activities the SEA uses will be coordinated with activities supported with other public resources.  Examples of strategies in a variety of topical areas are provided in this section, and illustrate the possibilities for areas the plan may focus on. Links are provided to centers, clearinghouses and other resources to assist in the selection of the strategies the state will use.
