Dr. Cynde Snider (PhD) is a Professional Learning Program Specialist in the Division for Special Education Services and Supports at the Georgia Department of Education. She earned a BA in English and an MA in Speech Communication from Purdue University and a PhD in English from Georgia State University. Cynde is certified in both Gifted and Special Education, and she held National Board Certification in Adolescent and Young Adult English Language Arts from 2002 to 2012.
