New Hampshire SPDG
New Hampshire will provide an overview of iSocial and the critical infrastructure it has developed to support and sustain implementation of the Pyramid Model in programs serving children ages birth through five, including children with disabilities. This infrastructure has a strong foundation in implementation science and includes effective teaming at the state and local level, feedback loops, and training and technical assistance, as well as a robust data system and supports for data-based decision making.
