Topic: An online observation tool that auto-generates coaching suggestions will be shared. Through this online system, teachers that are coached reflect on their improved implementation (directly related to the coaching suggestions). The system provides ongoing data for decision-making to local coaches and administrators, professional development providers, the State agency, and the evaluation team.

This tool incorporates several unique features such as (a) tooltip reminders of the definitions of effective instructional practices, (b) auto-population of praise statements and suggestions based on specific behaviors observed, © prioritization of praise statements and suggestions according to project priorities, and (d) a custom-generated coaching satisfaction survey sent to coaching recipients as follow-up.
