Dr. Anna Harms will present on MiBLSi’s Intermediate Unit Capacity Assessment (IUCA). The primary purpose of the Intermediate Unit Capacity Assessment (IUCA) is to assist Intermediate School District (ISD) to assess local capacity for the implementation of a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS). This tool is used by the ISD Implementation Team to annually self-assess the need for capacity development at the ISD level and assess the impact and improvement of capacity development efforts.
