Purpose 
This project will further develop and implement Michigan's Integrated Behavior and Learning Support Initiative. Specifically, the project will: (a) maintain and develop infrastructure; (b) scale up implementation across the State; (c) develop partnerships with institutions of higher education, professional educational organizations, parent organizations, and the Detroit public schools; and (d) expand the initiative to include middle and high school levels.
